SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong) We offer the following shipping options within Hong Kong:
- Standard Delivery (SF Express / HK Post): 3-7 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping We ship to selected countries and regions. International orders are shipped via Fedex/DHL/UPS and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Macau/Taiwan/China: Approximately 3-7 business days
UK: Approximately 7-14 business days
USA/Australia: Approximately 7-14 business days
Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions Some products (e.g., lithium batteries in bike lights) may be subject to shipping restrictions for air freight. We will notify you if your order is affected.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at cs@bullbike.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
